If you are rescheduling for whatever reason, in accordance with our terms - found here TERMS your current outstanding balance must be paid now and we will reschedule you free of charge.

If your outstanding balance isn't paid before your appointment date has passed then we must treat it as a a new booking and a further  deposit will be required when booking at a later date.
