Collecting & Delivery

Please note:
You may collect free of charge 24/7 from our collection box only.
If collection box does not suit, please arrange delivery below. We do not accept any other form of collection - especially unannounced visits to our home, these type of visits wont be answered!

Unfortunately this is because previously people didn't keep free collection appointments and/or arrived at our home unannounced at very disruptive and very late unsociable hours, again these type of visits wont be answered!

Your order will stay in our collection box until you collect or arrange delivery, please note though that after 48 hours your order is there at your own risk

** If you received a text from us, your order is now ready and has been placed in our collection box outside our premises for you collect at your convenience.

How it works!


Collection is FREE and now you dont need an appointment!

** Your Order has been popped it into our collection box outside our premises for you to swing by anytime of the day or night  that suits you to collect  your order!

This area is protected by cctv, so no one can access it without us knowing.

Theres no need to tell us  when you arrive, just open the box and grab your order :-)

** Important - For collection please note: 

Pick up must be made promtly, within 48 hours!

After 48 hours we WILL NOT accept any responsibility for any loss or damages that may occur to your order.
After 48 hours it is there at your own risk!

For Home Delivery:
 

If you want courier delivery to your home, we can remove it from our collection box and arrange to deliver nationwide for a small fee. You can choose the courier between Royal Mail or EVRI. If this suits you, click the link below to arrange delivery
