Reschedule A Booking
This is our policy for rescheduling.
We know sometimes stuff gets in the way of a booking, sickness, new work shifts, forgotten appointments. family stuff etc etc and sometimes an appointment currently booked doesn't now suit and a reschedule is required.
We are of course happy to reschedule for you, however we have a simple policy regarding this which is, that we ask you to pay your current outstanding balance that's owed on your current outstanding booking and we waive our reschedule fee and don't charge a fee for rebooking.
Once this is paid we will be happy to send you a special code that allows you to view availability and book a new date and time that that suits yourself free of charge, without a fee being charged. However please note that we can only do this free of charge one time and any further reschedules are charged (details below)
Obviously for all / any reschedule your current booking will remain open until you do actually reschedule, just in case you have a change of mind, so you can wait until then to rebook, but the reschedule must happen before your current photoshoot date or any deposit would be lost and a new booking would be required with a new deposit. (Please note that we would still be expecting you until we receive a reschedule notification via this page)
We think this is the fairest way regarding reschedules and best protects yourself and us, the studio.
This is our policy regarding rescheduling and applies to all reschedules no matter the reason, there is no situation or reason that would be exempt from this policy.

Reschedule Policy
Please Note: Rescheduling - You have 2 options A) or B)
A) If you are rescheduling for whatever reason, in accordance with our terms your current complete outstanding balance must be paid now and we will reschedule you free of charge.
or
B) If your outstanding balance isn't paid before your appointment date has passed then we must treat it as a no show and a new booking must be made with a further deposit required when booking at a later date.
