We were getting loads of phone calls per day, and I mean LOADS!

some from genuine customers who are genuinely interested in what we do and that was good.....mostly .... others have a little too much time on their hands

We also experience an extraordinary high level of unsolicited sales calls  daily from companies trying to sell us goods or services and 
We would need a secretary to help.... but this would be an extra cost and we would need to increase prices to cover this extra cost


This was an unwelcome interruption to our business as it interferes with running our business for example Photoshoots, Editing, Replying to customer emails, facebook messages, texts &  marketing & promotion, ordering frames, making deliveries  etc etc and all the other things that go along with running a small business.

With others taking up this valuable time, this prevents us giving our genuine customers the service they deserve.
 
So we created our self service, self booking website.
It has all the info needed to see what packages are available, package contents, pricing, studio availability and you can even complete the booking online ... without the need to ring. 

Our customers who use it tell us they love it as its so easy & convenient to use. Now hundreds use our website every month to check availability , dozens use to book shoots, making payment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week it is always open, never closed and we get on with what we do best ... creating your "Forever Memories"
