Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Any Cancellation or reschedules represent a loss to us and to mitigate any losses, If appointment cancelled or you want to reschedule, you must pay the outstanding balance on your current booking. A new link will be sent to you within 7 days to make another booking without charge, A further booking cannot be made until this balance is paid. After the 1st cancellation / reschedule for any further cancellations / reschedule a £50 rebooking fee will be charged. Again a further booking cannot be made until this fee is paid. There are no exclusions ,exceptions or special circumstances that would be exempt to this. With some reduced bookings and offers there is no rescheduling allowed and a new booking must be made and paid for without refund of any deposits or payments already made.
