Cancellation Policy

Normal Cancellation Policy Any Cancellation or reschedules represent a loss to us and to mitigate any losses, If appointment cancelled or you want to reschedule, you must pay the outstanding balance on your current booking. A new link will be sent to you within 7 days to make another booking without charge, A further booking cannot be made until this balance is paid. After the 1st cancellation / reschedule for any further cancellations / reschedule a £50 rebooking fee will be charged. Again a further booking cannot be made until this fee is paid. There are no exclusions ,exceptions or special circumstances that would be exempt to this. Special Cancellation / Booking Policy- With some of our reduced price or discounted bookings and offers there is no rescheduling or cancelation accepted at all and a new booking must be made and paid for without refund of any deposits or payments already made, this is applicable if it states this special booking / cancellaton policy on these offers and discounted bookings, at all other times our normal cancellation policy applies
